Average
weight means that the products weigh on average the weight specified.
Wee will make every endeavor to give the stated weight or greater at no
extra charge.
Returns must made within 48 hours of
receipt of the product must be accompanied by a written reason for the
return. Please save the shipping container and use it for your return.
First freeze the cold packs to protect the product in shipment. Product
must be close in weight to its original size, otherwise we cannot grant
the refund. We will provide a prepaid shipping label via email and you
must call the shipper for a pick up. Once we have received and
inspected the product we will issue a credit.
Refrigerate
all products immediately. They are shipped fresh with adequate
refrigeration packets. Make sure someone is home to receive the
delivery.
If we don’t have something you want, please
let us know and we will try to get it for you. It doesn’t necessarily
have to be a meat product as we deal in many areas of food production.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING -
All perishable products are shipped via a major air-freight carrier
using second day air. All are packed in insulated boxes and contain
enough gel packs to keep the items cold. Be sure to refrigerate the
perishables immediately. Non-perishable items will be sent via ground
delivery unless included with a meat order. You must have a valid
address as We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. If you are sending a
gift, be sure to notify the recipient so someone is there to receive
it. Again, we ship only Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders
received after 8 AM
Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.

BEWARE OF MANY FREE SHIPPING OFFERS. We
use the standard rates of DHL freight services exclusively and add
nothing to their stated rates. However, when many websites offer free
shipping, the freight costs are buried in the high cost of their
products and you pay one way or the other. Second day air is expensive,
but when you consider the quality of out meat products, it is well
worth the cost.
DELIVERY - Make sure that someone is present
to receive your order from the DHL driver, or make arrangements for
some to take it in. We cannot be responsible for packages taking more
than two days to deliver. Also, if you are sending one of out products
as a gift, please advise the recipient that the package is coming and
when to expect it.
BASIC WEIGHT - The first
eleven pounds of your shipping weight are the insulated box and the ice
packs required to keep the perishables fresh. Please reuse the ice
packs for your beverage coolers or wherever you need a cold
application.
