SHIPPING AND HANDLING
It is our intent to get your order to you in the best possible condition and in the least costly manner. To do so we pack all our fresh and processed meats and cheeses in insulated boxes packed with a sufficient number of frozen gel pack to keep them refrigerated for up to five days.
DELIVERY - Make sure someone is present to receive your order, or make arrangements for someone to take it in. We cannot be responsible for packages taking more than two days to deliver. Also, if you are sending one of out products as a gift, please advise the recipient that the package is coming and when to expect it.
BASIC WEIGHT - Shipping weights may seem excessive, but in addition to the product itself, there is the box, the insulation and the appropriate number of Gel Packs to keep your order cold throughout its journey.
